Joplin is the only rec that focuses on markdown. You can also use it without knowing anything about markdown.
This is the first time I have heard about this app. It looks promising. I will try it out and let you know.

Joplin is nice.
Indeed there are dropbox, onedrive etc. I also use nextcloud to sync.
If you have mediatek SOC, you wont have this issue. They don't release the source code.
