The bigger security concern is sleuths figuring out all the camera locations and, by deduction, the blind spots. Johnson is setting up the next Congress to be much more vulnerable to violent attack.
If there's anyone with a lick of sense in the Congressional security team, they've added or moved cameras specifically for this reason. If I was on that team, January 7th I'd be pushing to add more cameras/defenses, given how close it was as is.
Man, I miss the days when I wasn't aware of how stupid trump, the republicans, and the electorate were.
Why would they expel Bowman for pulling the alarm? Especially when you've got assholes like menendez who are pulling pages from the republicans book of ~~corruption~~ basic congressional tactics.
Yes, but that would require republicans to come up with impossible things, like integrity.
has been repeatedly posting paranoid screeds on his Linkedin account.
I wonder if we'll find him on LinkedIn lunatics....
Well yeah, hbomb is very well known for making short videos, so clearly he's just trying to pad his runtime for views and that sweet, sweet ad revenue he's making from these drama videos.
Considering another user mentioned that the funding was before Trump was in office, I'm sure there wasn't an intentional reason to gloss over both of those points.... /s
Why? That would entirely ruin the joke.
I've used gpt 3/3.5, bing, bard and copilot, and I'm not super stoked. Copilot gave me PS DSC items that don't actually exist, which was my most recent attempt at using a LLM.
I might see about figuring out if it can hook into my vs code instance so it's a bit smarter at some point.
and a bunch of it is code generation to test out how we need to modify our CS curriculum in light of these new tools.
I'm curious if you've gotten anything decent out of them. I've tried to use it for tech/code questions, and it's been nothing but disappointment after disappointment. I've tried to use it to get help with new concepts, but it hallucinates like crazy and always give me bad results, some of the time it's so bad that it gives me answers I've already told it we're wrong.
Having gone through your journey about a year ago (complete with coming from Feit lights and plugs), I don't think you're going to find an integration that lets you control them (but if you do, please let me know!)
I use a lot of aquaria sensors (water/temp/presence), sengeled bulbs and outlets, and I think third reality is who makes my motion detectors. I've got my office, living room, kitchen/dining room and basement all hooked up with motion or presence activated lights, most of which have scenes that control what light is what color when. Definitely worth investing in equipment that hooks into HA natively, you can hack a lot of stuff together, but it's so much nicer when things just work.
I ended up going with a zigbee coordinator from Tubes ZB, as it was one of the better recommended ones, but you can go with a cheaper option if it fits your use case. I needed a network coordinator since my HA is virtual and wanted flexibility in where my stuff lives.
