I'm in a (currently) better place than Dubai, but can relate. Only had ideation though, no planning, just thoughts of giving a speeding bus a hug and some prolonged stares from my window.

I know I got angry when I read it said online, maybe you will too, but it does get better. For me the first step was talking to people. Even insignificant stuff like doing group projects at uni would make my entire week.

Maybe you don't think you can get that, be it because of your country (please try to move though), the constant belittling, your queerness( haven't figured that one out myself tbh) and general hopelessness (I think you already know doomscrolling isn't helping). But you did take one step forward by posting this. Much love, I hope this helps a bit! :Care-Comrade:

we might be moving toward a pre-WWII Germany situation

Huh, wonder whose fault that is... :curious-marx:

Also, a kid in their first year of HS posting on r/neoliberal? How does that happen?

I think we will get a Bioshock Infinite/Dark Souls 2 situation where g*mers will delude themselfs into thinking the game is amazing, until youtube smarty men start pointing out that the game doesn't do anything particularly well.

Then the backlash will come, but nobody will learn anything, since most people will have already bought the game. G*mers will start looking for the next big thing because they enjoy the hype more then playing the games.

That is, if the game is actually competent, if it's really shit it will just flop. It could also be amazing but the little I saw of the game doesn't inspire much confidence.

Also, if anyone wants to play it, pirate it or buy it used on console, don't give CDProjekt your money
