Please remove the NSFW tag on this. I was on the train and when I read this I had to start furiously masturbating but there was nothing to masturbate to. Eh, userspace has some limitations that cheaters can circumvent more easily if they get their hands beyond it.
Kernel-space ACS is not going to stop you if you're motivated enough, though, and at some point it becomes more of a hassle to deal with for the legitimate player than it is for the cheater.
