Sometimes you have to not think about external things too much. Live your life as well and comfortably as you can, be a good person, be kind to others and be kind to yourself. Thatβs it. There are bad days and good days, sometimes bad months and bad years. Do what you can to live a good life, and let the world turn.
Iβve turned the aircon on, not because of temperature but because of the humidity. The brief rain made it worse.

First world problem #475358: seems not all microfibre cloths are created equal. I bought some new ones but they are hydrophobic and not very good at picking up dirt. Annoying. Lesson learnt, Iβll be having a feel of them in the shops before buying new ones to see if I can find ones with similar texture to my older set.

Watched the Buy Now documentary on Netflix. I donβt like the Netflix documentary style, but the message is still worth watching for. Am disgusted by how much waste we create. Not much we can do on an individual scale, and corporates and governments have no incentive to change anything. Consumption is profit. Economy above all else.

Tiramisu is not baked. Itβs made up of already cooked sponge which is then soaked in a coffee and liqueur mix, layered with marscapone cream. So if you ever need to be below an alcohol limit, you need to consider that tiramisu contains alcohol. How much is a guess, depends how heavy handed the chef was.
