Hmm that would have been a real dilemma. Don’t tell her about the car and let karma do its thing, or rid yourself of her presence by telling her about it so she leaves the shop. I dunno, I may have just stuck it out and let the car get towed.

Malibu. I bet it’s actually MehLiebooyh. You know, to be special and unique.
So far so good with today’s weather. Only 34 at my place, air con doing a lovely job of keeping it nice inside. Washing dried super fast on the line. Managed to get a couple of chores done too.
Tomorrow? Yay.
The thing that gets me is the grim knowledge that these people are in society. They are neighbours, coworkers, family members etc. They just put on a face in public but let loose with their real self online. You probably unknowingly come across these people in real life. It’s a disturbing thought.
I’ll wait for it to be on streaming, when I can half watch it while doing something else. I’ve see the theatre show and it was really good. So I’m certain I’ll be disappointed by the movie that somehow manages to stretch out only half the story into a part one that lasts 2h40. Also Ariana grandes look creeps me out for some reason.
Bought myself one of those green and red leaf Christmas indoor plants. Spur of the moment whim. In a low mood and feeling low motivation. Hopefully it will magically help to cheer up the place. It’s happy looking plant.
Thankyou. Not all heros wear capes.
People who do whole baked potatoes in the oven. Do you do wrapped in foil or naked?
There’s a quote from somewhere that says something like ‘a person is more certain to go to jail for killing 1 person than 1000’. I’ve probably got the words wrong because couldn’t remember where it’s from, but the meaning is true. Systemically killing people or letting them die from political or corporate actions is rarely subject to justice. The death of one CEO won’t change anything. I do feel sorry for the alleged assassin though, his actions will be for nothing. Maybe there’ll be some temporary discourse, but it will be business as usual for the insurance companies.
My gut can get a bit sensitive so I probably wouldn’t. My partner however has an iron gut and would be 100% fine with it. So I guess go with your gut?!
Love iced coffee. But four teaspoons would send me into a spin! I bet it makes a good coffee though. I always find my home made iced coffees are a bit weak on the coffee flavour. I suspect being cold dulls the flavour down, and of course higher volume. I tried using one of those coffee syrups to boost the flavour but found it a bit too sweet and with an odd background flavour. I’ve found making a strong plunger coffee and putting it the fridge to cool down give the best result, but that requires preplanning which I don’t always do.
