Sky noisy

I’ve made a big plunger of coffee which is chillin in the fridge for making iced coffees with, a big wedge of watermelon, Roast chook to make rolls or salad with. Ready for tomorrow’s weather.

No sleep gang checking in. Woke up abruptly, jerkily turned over, hurt back in the process. Did not know ‘injured back due to nightmare’ was on the list of random injuries that can happen when you get old list. Well anyway, guess I‘ve ticked #10348 off the list.

Both vanilla slice and lamington. Why limit yourself to one. But lamington must have jam.

Same! The opening scene on S2 E01 was so good, I knew instantly that as much artistry had been put into season 2 as season 1. Love everything about this show. The story, the mystery, the filming, the aesthetic is 💯, actors are brilliant. And the social commentary, oof. Leaves you with plenty to think about.

There seems to be a global plague of political interference and stirring up divisions. I would like to know who it is, but we may never be told. I think it’s the wrong tactic from the Aus government, it would greatly diminish the actors power if it were made public.

You ever have a day where you have action paralysis, struggle against the brick wall of zero motivation, waste time on rubbish, and then think fck it, I’ve wasted so much of the day anyway I don’t want to even try for the remainder of the day. It’s one of those.

The active ingredient degrades slowly over time. Nothing bad will happen if it’s used, it just won’t be effective in whitening clothes. So the manufacturer puts an expiry date, mostly so people don’t complain ‘it didn’t work’

Hopefully you can get a second opinion from a different psychiatrist. I have heard stories before of people having additional conditions to adhd, which get missed because adhd symptoms can overlap with other things. If the medication is causing your life quality to be lower than without it, this sounds like it’s definitely the wrong stuff and needs a review. Taking it should be helpful, not make things worse.

An automated daily posting would be the right way to go, if it’s possible. It means it’s not dependant on any specific user being awake, remembering, or have obligations to remain a user here, in case they ever wish to delete their account. A lot of people find value in the community here and it would be a pity to loose that. I feel terrible about the interactions I saw yesterday. I hope Baku and Spud both Ok and would like to come back when they are ready.
