Wait til Saturday, Melbourne weather got you covered.
Better sleep is a good start, but rest assured occasionally fumbling a sentence or two happens to everyone. You can always say something like, let me start again, and laugh it off with the person you’re talking to. No one will care, it’s a normal part of conversations.
I don’t think I eat too much junk, but I’m trying to eat healthier. BUT the ‘bad’ stuff tastes good! Sometimes in look in the pantry and the chips or chocolate or biscuits or icecream is calling to me. We live in a world of food engineered to hit the sweet/salty/fatty sweet spot in the brain. It’s hard to resist. Anyway, today was not a day of resistance, looking at you salt and vinegar chips.
A gang of lorikeets have been feasting on a nearby fig tree. There is much tweeting and chattering, and the occasional screeching dispute over a desirable branch. They are very pretty though.
Can’t sleep. That’s all.
Watched it at 2X speed? I have no words, my heart is crushed. The disrespect to my current favourite show!
This show is as much about the characters, corporate satire, the politics of power, depression, fanaticism, as it is about straight up plot. If you rewatch from that point of view, it will make more sense.

You have to remember that the innies know very few people. They spend their entire waking existence with their team, so if someone is not behaving as themselves it will be noticeable. Irv was suspicious of the gardener story, and then various other interactions he had with Helly seemed off. Her tone of voice, he face, everything was slightly off. Mark didn’t notice because he had rose coloured glasses on, and Dylan never went ‘overtime’ because he was holding the switches. So Irv was the one who was most sensitive to the changes in Helly. He felt he had nothing to loose, since Burt wasn’t at Lumon anymore, so took the risk for the sake of Helly and the team.

You made the right choice. Just watched it. It’s a ‘HOLY SHIIIIIT’ level episode. I’m gonna be hitting the online dissections for the rest of the night.
Got the Chanel 10 news on in the background, don’t normally watch it. Seems the newsreader is slurring her words? Does she always do this or is she having an episode? Bit jarring to listen to.
I have much admiration!
