The building / creative part of tycoon games has always been my favorite. Focusing heavily on that would be where I'd personally be interested in.
Random idea off the top of my head is a tycoon game where at a spaceship dock or manufacturer. Designing spaceships and the factory / dock its built in to meet customer needs. Starting smaller craft and working larger and larger.

Honestly, the effects you are noticing. (Minus the sleep deprivation) are pretty much how I also felt taking Strattera. Honestly, it might be more the meds rather than the lack of sleep, making you feel that way. If you just started taking it, it has so weird little side effects that seem to go away after a week or two.
For me, not being on the medication made me not able to sleep, and being on it made it easier than ever to just fall asleep when I wanted. Which was something that I was never really able to do before.
But it affects everyone differently, so keep your doctor informed if the sleep issues don't go away as that is not healthy!
I tried Wayland on my Nvidia gpu for a few days for the first time after upgrading to plasma 6. I'm not sure about everyone else, but my 970 did run on it, but it was worse overall than x11 for me. Windows would flicker if I'm not doing something with them for a few minutes. And frequent crashes that required plasma to be reloaded. There are much longer boot times in Wayland for me and higher ram usage as well. The same issues don't occur in X11 on my system. I'll personally stick to X11 until these either get ironed out as I do not have the money or the need for a newer AMD gpu.
I remember that they used to have 'CD Projekt Black' which mostly ported games to PC back in the 2000's
Mine is just making the videos fit the window without full screening. I have been using this addon for years mostly for just that feature.

The plug-in gesturify on Firefox does what Vivaldi does but better on honestly. I Really like Vivaldi as my back up browser but it's nice but being stuck using chromium on Firefox.
