That the CMA are reviewing Microsoft's new application of the takeover? Why is that surprising or so outrageous to other antitrust bodies?
I'm not in favour of the takeover, but I don't see what's wrong with Microsoft applying with a new version of it? Presumably the new application is significantly different enough to warrant review?
