It might help to check if there are tenants rights organizations where you live; if the person doing this to you was a landlord, a tenants rights organization might be able to refer you to someone to help with small claims. Lawyers (even tenants rights lawyers) always need the damages to be more than $30k or it isn’t worth it to them. Small claims should be open and shut if you’re organized with evidence and prepared.

I don’t get why the subheading says “in the fighting against Hamas.” The IOF isn’t fighting against Hamas; they’re fighting against every man, woman, and child in the land, murdering with impunity. Hamas is fighting against the IOF, as are other groups, but the IOF isn’t fighting against Hamas.
