Wutip (蝴蝶) formed very close to Hong Kong, within 800km away. She isn't even classified as a "tropical cyclone" because she was not strong enough. She spent most of her lifetime as a "tropical depression".
The Chinese name literally means "butterfly", so that's why she has butterfly wings.
I call this "Typhoon Posting". Basically, I draw tropical cyclones as humans. This is the 1st typhoon this year, and my 3rd typhoon total.

There's a sentence in Cantonese "我認第二冇人敢認第一", which means "if I declare second, no one will declare first".
I wasn't super sure if they meant that because Simplified Chinese is not likely to be Cantonese but Mandarin.
