I've known this for a long time and it still pisses me off. Rich people ruin everything!

Ah man. I wonder why my seeds never seem to sprout outdoors. I should sprout them indoors first next time.

My native garden is still very much a work in progress. I think the birds always get to the seeds, because I've never had a problem with growing plants until I decided to grow a native garden. Luckily, there are some already native pre annual plants on my property. My goldenrods have came back, and my dogwood tree is growing back shoots after a fungus killed the mature parts of the tree.

I sprinkled some Joe Pye Weed and Black Eyed Susan seeds and I think they may have sprouted this time? 🤞🏾 Pic below is where I think planted them 😅.

Sometimes when I'm really high and sitting on the couch, I think about how I'm like the girl from the PSA and chuckle to myself lol.

Summer! It's warm, sunny, and all the flowers and leaves are back so it's super colourful. I get to wear cute dresses and skirts, my seasonal depression is gone. I wish it could be summer all year around where I live.

Honestly, I think just talking to people who used cannabis or other substances that was part of the DARE program (which included alcohol and tobacco) was a major factor.

When I was 17, I meet a lot of people who used those substances regularly, and hearing their experiences with it made me realize that the effects that the program portrayed each drug having was total BS. What stuck with me was how different of a drug weed was made out to be than how it affected people in real life. The DARE program made it seem like it was meth in plant form, but all I was hearing was stories of people feeling like they are floating, enjoying movies, and eating snacks.

It peaked my curiosity and from then on I was super interested in trying it. Plus, that it was completely legal at this time too, so most of the programs deterrents for buying drugs in general became redundant.
