Broseph they've been raising my rate since I moved in several years ago. My rate used to be $925. My brother rented a studio near my area for $1200 at that time, I have a 2 bed 1 bath unit with plenty of space. The shitty thing is that I'm more or less trapped here. I appreciate deeply I haven't been priced out of my home, but there's nowhere to go. And believe me, I want out of here. I guess at least I'm grateful there's some agencies not entirely committed to totally fucking their clients.

I'm grateful to have a stable roof over me these past years, especially considering my past, but I recognize I may be in a more favorable area in general in regards to rent prices. Shit's rough. I wish you the best. But right now this is taking up near 35% of my income. I'd rather have the two floors plus basement even if the place is falling apart compared to having a studio somewhere. And they'd make me pay to apply and have to do a credit check. All they did here was confirm I had an income. I consider myself lucky now, though I was sour in the past.

YOU'LL HAVE TO PUT A PLUG IN AFTERWARD AND A BANDAID ON YOUR MEMBER

I've had to restart payments after a years long period of protest. They told me my loans were as good as done a while ago. I still have that email. But now they're threating to garnish my wages, so I have no choice. Feels bad man. I never defaulted.

What is this from? Also it's very true

If I keep paying the current $1200 a month to my landlord it'll eventually trickle down to me. No doubt!

Then with that revenue, I'll buy my first house!

In reality, I'm almost 28 and I have no delusions about home ownership. Just like retirement!

"The proles pay the price."

That is certainly true, but Russia is illegally invading a sovereign nation on a scale we haven't seen since the Nazis invaded Europe.

This deserves a bit more scrutiny at the moment. This isn't equivalent to the Iraq War or Ireland. Those would be more closely related to the Soviet Afghan War than anything. An entirely different situation.

What we're seeing is a country desperately fighting for survival against a vicious invader whose overwhelming military force we've not seen brought to bear in our lifetime.

I'm pleasantly surprised by the court, but the issue is that the court can't really do shit if he just decides to do shit anyway. We've worked on a platform of mutual respect for too long without any real enforcement. All it will take is one orange motherfucker saying "nah", and it breaks. But at least some faith has been restored in the highest court.

That weird pervert Thomas still being a real weirdo doesn't surprise me. Alito doesn't merit much comment. He's a gross little slug.

I was scrolling and saw the art for Revolutionary Vol 2 and had to come by. Love this shit.

I was there, and this greatly disrupted my commute.

And soon everyone will be doing the Sieg Heil. That's literally how it went down.

But Americans are so soft I have no idea how things will actually go.

I'd watch some videos about the center. It really is one of a kind. El Salvador for better or worse is not fucking around with this place. I don't know if deportees would end up there, but it truly is a new kind of hell

Sometimes you gotta take one for the team. Otherwise what are we even doing here.
