The whole Foundation series is written almost without any women in it. But it was written in 1951, by a 32 years old guy so it shows.

Do you have a source for the 3rd point? I would like to read more about it.

Ironically imho samsung provides better experience on smartphone compared to stock android. The bloarware tou are talking about is much better then stock alternatives such as Alarm app.

I think the new EU regulations are forcing Apple to open this and allow to have real different browsers on iOS devices. But not sure if that is the case in the ios 18 or it will only be comming.

Because it's just a fancy frontend, the actual view is still safari underhood.

Chicken, turkey, rabbit?

Yes, they are. But there are still some issues and don't get me started on MS Office which many people are used to. Belive me, that the true hill the Linux will die on. I tried to switch couple of people and they all refused because of the MS Office. And no, LibreOffice, nor OnlyOffice nor Google or MS online editors do not hit the mark sadly.

Hello, I am looking for a FOSS frontend for simple DB app.

Use case:

  • Let's have a simple DB in MySQL
  • I want the user to be able to browse via views
  • Create new inserts via some forms

Does something like that exist?

EDIT: Thanks all for suggestions, looks like what I am looking for is just a regular web app however simple I might think it is, there is near 0% chance I can just grab something off the internet and use it in this case.
