It looks like this is a really heavily propagandised presentation of a year old story. About a year ago a website called Haitang based out of Taipei was using a money laundering method to pay some authors on its platform in a way that would avoid them having to pay tax on that income. They got shut down for like a few days and changed the site's payout model. As far as I can tell, a few authors got in minor trouble for tax evasion.
Oh yeah, it's managed retreat time.
ReCaptcha is broken lmao.
You can find at least one article stating this will happen for every year after about 2000. It's always purely vibes based analysis, and the original source is always some totally unhinged Turboracist
Yeah, exactly. Just watch the TV-PG version, it's a quick 20 minute coming of age flick! Dunno what everyone else is talking about.
It's like $75 USD equivalent.
But you could also take the trip for about $40 if you're cool with a hard sleeper ride.
Dems as usual beyond useless and actively collaborating.
Absolutely correct.
"You'll get more conservative as you get older" is a mistaken understanding of cause based on outcome. Older folks are more conservative on average because there's a correlation with wealth and conservative politics. Rich people live longer because poor folks are subject to social murder.
Hey, one out of two ain't bad!
"One is my work laptop. One is my personal."
This typically works fine. You could throw the old one in a closet to be a piHole or something
The biggest problem with satire is that people don't know what satire is. "Satire" sucks now because it isn't satirical. Words no longer have meanings, everything is just vibes.
Making an allusion to a concept without any statement at all on that concept? fuck it, that's satire.
You mean something figuratively? fuck it, say literally.
Even prescriptivism is useless, because reading comprehension and media literacy are non-existent.
