Ah, so basically Nexus Mods is dead to me now. Whenever venture capital is injected to anything, it's a bad sign. Ugh, great these particular Capitalists are from the crypto community...

They've been souring a lot of potentially cool projects with blockchain/web3 nonsense, like Playtron, for example. Lutris is now dead in the water and hasn't been updated for months now; the former dev is working on Playtron. There is a huge issue log that doesn't seem to be addressed at the moment.

If I were to date at the age of 42, I would not date anyone below the age of 39 or above the age of 46. I would prefer only a 4-year gap in either direction, as the number 4 feels right (very vibes and personal preference based reasoning).

LMAO Google is so desperate for people to use their AI, as they know their product is fucking shit. If Google's AI were actually good and useful, people would naturally use a product. However, due to it misrepresenting information or flat out hallucinating news stories or technical information...'AI' will remain an untrustworthy tool.

Seamless docking is what I am after, I will look into the Legion Go S and see if the docking in seamless for the SteamOS version. If so, that would be a huge selling point for me! To be fair the Legion Go S seems to have a better layout spread than the current Steam Deck (Valve made sure to make a Steam Deck Dock at least). The Steam OS version is also cheaper than my iPhone 15 Plus, so it also has that going for it and I can pick it up from Best Buy. Even if there is no docking, I might still pick it up for a better gaming in my apartment or out and about.

Eh, ditching a dedicated console is a bad idea, as I love the staying power and gaming power inherent in that form factor! Perhaps, if they have a docking method for this hardware, I'd potentially be interested in it. However, I'd still get a Steam Deck or Legion Go S before an Xbox Handheld. Edit: Not at the proposed price point, I would certainly not get this handheld...They are forgetting the reason why handhelds can be appealing, they're lower price points but decently powerful systems.

Indeed, being alone doesn't always equal loneliness...It's when you crave or desire human connection but encounter a barrier (mental, physical, or emotional) that is what creates the feeling of loneliness! It's the feeling of pressure from being around people, it's like being around other people exerts an unseen weight or pressure. This could be a thing linked to anxiety and hyperawareness, but that is why I tend to stay alone a lot. I do agree it's nice to have people in my life, I really suck with actually keeping in contact. A part of me feels bad, but I do warn them that I love my solitude. It might stretch for months at a time, nothing but going to work and enjoying hobbies (also running vital errands and appointments as needed).

Bullying sucks, full stop. It can either break you or build some form of internal defense, in the aftermath a strength and brittleness were formed. Sometimes, I wonder what life would've been like had I not been bullied and found my defense in emptiness and detachment; I just rediscovered my humanity a few years ago.

In a way, I hope it scares enough gamers away that it sends a message. I want there to be repercussions, Nintendo might get away with it (due to fanbase), but other companies need to be curtailed and fast!

I won't buy this at full price, when Outer World's two goes on sale at 50% or more off, that is when I will buy it! By then, all the major bugs should be resolved, and new content will be making this game even better. I blame Obsidian Games from not trying to shout down Microsoft and fight them in a Waffle House parking lot over this price.

I, too, hope Apple gets back in the game, instead of pouring so much focus on a barely viable product known as AI. The pushback from end users, advocates every time new developments are released and falsely marketed as being usable is pretty high. It's clear Apple can't make even the most shoddy idea of 'AI' work in a sane way 100% of the time; as a real product would take a lot of research, time, and money to properly construct. They are trying to do this on a few year timescales, when realistically it might be more than 20 to 40 years of hard work. When scientists still don't understand the origin of sentience or have a full understanding of our own brains...How can AI researchers and developers be silly enough to imagine themselves able to build sentient, reasoning artificial intelligence?

Man, Techbros really fucked this whole AI thing up, just for some short term gain and hoovering up all the data with minimal penalty! 😡

Mmm, I take long showers because it feels nice! Loneliness is a feeling that I've carefully excised out of my mind, so that social isolation (due to bullying) wouldn't crush my soul. Being alone has become comfortable and soothing, however, I still have people I can talk to.
