It got removed because you can’t insult your fellow protesters. It sows division in a movement and that’s the last thing we need right now.

We need to be working together. If experienced mods think the new mods aren’t making good decisions, it’s their job to educate and motivate them.

Not make fun of them.

Besides admins are already working on union busting (for lack of a better term in this context).

I have found no substantial difference between the DJ and the Daily Mix playlists. They both just play way too much of the exact same songs that Spotify has pushed at me for years.

Got tired of the Lemmy front page bugs (the one where new posts come flooding in, and the one where hot/active stops working until the server gets restarted). Kbin front page "just works."

No shade to the developer, but based upon how long the last Sync rewrite took, it might not be relevant news for a long, long time.

As you grow up and learn new words, you can say more with fewer of them.

The entirety of the first few pages of my subscription feed are all posts about Sync for Reddit and about the Logitech controller used in the submersible.

The threadiverse has gaping fundamental flaws in its implementation. It will of course get better over time. But damn. This isn't great.

Based on some of the comments in the now NSFW subs, it looks like there is a pretty serious edge case that reddit does not handle: setting the sub to NSFW retains subscribers. Does that not mean that people may end up being delivered NSFW posts without opting in?
