Welp, here we go. The world is about to suffer one of the consequences of oil dependency.

~~I wonder if the Xi Jinping tweet is related to this specific type of escalation~~

Hopefully every business rooted in that land fails spectacularly without workers or buyersπŸ™

I wasn't expecting such blatant gaslighting not even 24h after Iran got attacked

Realistically, what would be the way towards ending Israel right now? I imagine a boots on the ground approach is wishful thinking, US and the EU would risk their own heads before letting that happen.

So, wrecking their economy beyond repair? Destroying ports, roads, airports, power plants, infrastructure...? Making Israel poisonous for investments?

Also, do you think this is the endgame here for Iran and their allies? The political-economic sphere in west Asia is so complex to me that I have no idea what would even be in the interest of each player

how some people here prefer to take it? Like, do you do every day or do you take days off?

I'm taking it mostly due to my ADHD having a high level executive dysfunction, since I was kinda used to the lack of attention in my daily life already. So, in my case, taking even a day off means staying in bed thinking about doing things but doing pretty much nothing, sometimes almost not even eating.

I'm saying this to illustrate that deciding to only take it on specific days depends on why you got it prescribed in the first place.

The times I did decide to not take it for 1-2 days, I didn't really feel any withdrawal, it was just back to old me πŸ›Œ.

Some additional tips if you want them

  • Take it very early in the morning and then proceed to eat something very nutritious. This'll make sure it won't fuck up your sleep at night and that you won't get malnourished due to it vanishing your hunger.

  • The first few days will get you feeling like a god - euphoric, extremely sociable, able and willing to do everything nonstop. Make sure to keep in mind this exaggerated effect is temporary, lest you find yourself chasing that high. After a week or so, you'll settle on simply being a normal functioning person.

  • The effects wear off after some hours. On 30mg, it worked on me for about 5-6 hours. Wich fucking sucked, because I started turning back into a vegetable around 12-13 o'clock. Getting back home from work I was already incapable of doing anything, so that I was functional for work but not for my actual life. My doctor bumped the dosage and it works for longer now, but I have noticed I get more anxious more easily.

  • Make sure you notice whenever you're feeling more stressed, irritable, anxious, unable to sleep. These are all important side effects. In the first month or so, I noticed I would talk fast and constantly, barely letting the other person get to chime in.

  • It makes you not feel the mental effects of alcohol. The problem is that the metabolic effects (alcoholic acidosis, for instance) will still take place, so you could potentially drink yourself into an ICU looking for some buzz. I was told it reduces the power of weed too.

  • It made me hyperfocus on whatever I was doing at the moment, from studying to just browsing my phone. Make sure you notice this and break away from getting stuck into useless stuff. For instance, I've been writing this for the last 40min and can't stop, so I'll try to force myself to go outside now.
