No promo material has given me any kind of clue what this film is about.

Fucked up how the US government had a serial killer factory in the 80s and then just shut it down and let all those high paying blue collar jobs go away, this certainly is sensible leftist historiography.

Took a vibe check of the true crime community's reaction to Lucy Letby and the "truther" side are asking questions like "why did an expert witness allege that Letby invented a brand new murder method that has never been documented or studied?" and "why did two of the supposedly most suspicious baby cases survive?"

Meanwhile the Letby antis are talking about how much she was texting and saying that if she was innocent, she would have still assumed that she had a baby killing magic aura and willingly removed herself from the clinic where she worked.

And also pointing to her getting a jury trial, which is hilarious given how many high profile true crime cases have widely maligned juries where the collective wisdom is that juries just convict or acquit anyone based on vibes.

The girl I have to assume is like the fourth girl he swapped out for those videos for no specific discernable reason.

Other babies, he said, had been harmed through another method: the intentional injection of too much air or fluid, or both, into their nasogastric tubes. “This naturally ‘blows up’ the stomach,” he wrote to me. The stomach becomes so large, he said, that the lungs can’t inflate normally, and the baby can’t get enough oxygen.

When I asked him if he could point me to any medical literature about this process, he responded, “There are no published papers regarding a phenomenon of this nature that I know of.” (Several doctors I interviewed were baffled by this proposed method of murder and struggled to understand how it could be physiologically or logistically possible.)

Honestly reading through the rest of this article, even bearing in mind the obvious angle, Lucy Letby sounds like she was working like a fucking hero at the worst place in British healthcare, what a disaster.

Getting to the bit where she gets out of a fucking Salsa class and has 3 missed calls about giving a certain treatment to a baby was horrible, just the second hand stress reading that makes you wanna vomit.

The fact that one of the proposed murder methods is not actually known to be physically viable, as in possible in the sense of physical laws, should have been a red flag for any serious nation.

I feel like at some point the conclusion is actually that the west simply does not actually find antisemitism to be a real problem, I think this rhetoric misidentifies what the actual problem is, which is widespread opposition to imperialism, colonialism, and the uniting genocidal islamophobia of the west.

They aren't blind to the real classic antisemites still operating as usual, they just don't include them on the threat charts. I would draw a comparison to how white nationalists don't 100% rationally believe "anti-white racism" to be a legitimate threat to themselves, but they do understand the rhetoric as useful in pursuing mass violence against nonwhite populations.

You basically make simplified games within the game engine/framework of roblox, then you can monetize it, so this described nonsense is confined to the roblox "place" "Welcome to Bloxburg", some kind of life sim shit.

As described, this sounds like whining that pure seniority and investment is trumped by actually being good at the game, truly idiotic to conflate with "communism" even in the already idiotic minds of the average gamer.

And also even dumber than that, this literally is objectively good for the players of the game, removing arbitrary time gating from higher reward tiers would give you more freedom as a player to try other things, or just play other games aside from this.

The Stig Engström thing is so totally ridiculous like their claim of how he obtained a 357 magnum is that he "borrowed" it from a gun collector friend, then kept it in his advertising firm office, without the collector friend asking for it back or wondering what he was doing with it, then on the night of the murder he leaves the office, first without the gun, spots Palme, returns to the office to grab it, then goes back to shoot him.

Just complete detective fiction brain type shit, personally I think the fascist internal police conspiracy sounds the most plausible, at least compared to "Palme once did a thing that these foreign fascists objected to, this proves the motive!" You had a police scandal at the time of cops going around in plainclothes and baseball caps(hence the nickname of "Baseballigan") and using extreme violence against homeless people and drug addicts.

The same police chief that created the formal groups that these cop gangs were part of, also presided over the Palme investigation, and though the groups had formally been disbanded about 3 years before the murder, the cops basically kept on doing the exact same actions but as regular officers rather than as part of the "Street Violence Groups"(actual name, Gatuvåldsgrupper). These groups were connected to at least two immediate murders but no cop ever faced consequences beyond fines. Palme had reportedly also been personally briefed about Nazism proliferating in the ranks of these cops.

Apparently back in 2010 some papers were declassified which revealed that fellow cops had left internal tips that the baseball gang cops were involved with the murder or the actual gunman themselves, and that a taxi driver had identified one of the cops as hailing his cab 5 minutes after the murder.

Is there even an actual right answer, like this surely is not "a guy" but just "some guy"

Either way my answer is the Forgotten Weapons guy.
