Man, I'll never forgive the incels for cursing the fedora. I grew up with Michael Jackson and Smooth Criminal made them look so cool.

To you maybe. I don't remember the URL search strings of every search engine, so the method of adding a search engine via the page of the search itself is far easier.

Generally it's down to genre and mechanics. I obviously have my preferences so I'll always keep a lookout on those that interest me. As well as avoid those I don't.

I generally don't have a preference for art style (I appreciate a wide variety of them), though I confess, I am getting a little tired of pixel-art games.

both running always at full brightness too

What the heck, that sounds painful. Full brightness is only needed when outdoors in bright sunlight. I leave it to auto brightness and it's usually at 25% or less when indoors, regardless of screen or phone. Are you sure your eyes are ok to require full brightness on a phone all the time?

Yea, among other things, I'm not going through the process of migration just to prove a point. Too much work for uncertain returns, and on top of that I'll end up hating my phone. Why'd I do that?

At a tech-based non-profit I worked at, we got a lot of donated stuff, including a number of 34" ultrawides. I ended up liking them more than I expected. I think they'll be fine for gaming, provided your GPU can deal with the resolution.

It's one of the more efficient ways to redistribute wealth using GST, which is regressive in nataure.

As for this special payout, I do wonder if it's enough. GST offset is easy to calculate, but inflation is far more variable.

Don't think there's one. The physicality involved in interacting with them means something is going to wear out. BIFL for this needs to be coupled with the expertise to repair them yourself.

Would a Home Assistant Green be just as good?

Between the wires failing and the body breaking, I think you should evaluate how you use and carry your headphones.

My additional tip is to avoid anything that has soft-touch or rubberised coatings on a part that's not easily replaceable.

Isn't it because the world's a bit shit too? XD

I think it's been fine here, moderation is only needed when things start to get busy or out of hand. So far most of the posts and comments I've seen don't really call for more moderation or rules.

If there's one thing to open up, perhaps have a game suggestion thread every now and then. I think having another avenue to more participation would be nice. Could theme it up as well, with a focus on PC's strengths (FPS, RTSes, sims, etc), or some hardware theme (low spec days come to mind).
