The term "propaganda" is quite nebulous. Anything with a political message can basically be described as propaganda... and yeah, I don't think trying to promote an idea in a catchy, snappy way is necessarily bad.

This guy is very well known for being untrustworthy and having little to no journalistic integrity.
I honestly don't know a huge amount about him, but as a fan of video essays I do know that there are lots of videos criticising his, and I did watch one that explained how he was working with the World Economic Forum to push propaganda.
Just because it's low compared to other CEOs doesn't make it reasonable and justified. Also, Wikipedia isn't a "high-profile firm". It's (at least supposed to be) a non-profit that takes donations to keep the site running and free.
But if JD Vance got impeached, nobody would be posting funny pictures of his silly baby face, and that would be really sad.
