I just got fucking worked over hey.
I've been doing stuff by myself for so long I haven't been pushing as hard as I should have been.
He's had shoulder injuries in the past as well so he knows how to strengthen that part of my body pretty well.
Love this post workout high.
And now I'm going to do a lower body workout by sitting on the couch and playing video games lol

Trainer just sent me the new 3 day program. Looks interesting. Haven't done a few of the exercises before.
I was expecting 5 days, so I'll use the other 2 days for lower and core.
Pretty excited. When I'm in that world, I'm fully in. Great diet, consistent work outs, lots of water etc. I think it's the old adhd super focus.
