My new combo vhs/dvd player that let's me record vhs tapes from a fgd is giving me art ideas. Means I can record a digital thing, make it analogue and do cool things like cut it up and leave certain buts in the sun and then tape.it back and put it back in the cassette and the go vhs back to dvd and edit on a computer after. I'll just need retritsble dvds and a burner to make it all work. I bet I can make some really neat experimental shit out of this

I get the strat. Get cloaking full, get hacking full and then make sure you can deal 22 damage in a volley which is the flagship hp, 3rd phase you gotta get the zoltan shield too which is another 15 if I recall. The RNG for this is pretty nuts too. I was talking to the runner a bit and I guess this just kinda happened and within the second day of trying

Got to hear about a guy who was a customer at my work on Tuesday, he asked if large pizzas are available for dine in, they are butnthe owner doesnt print it on the menu so people buy smaller individual pizzas and pay more. Small is 12' and large is 16' but the price difference between the sizes ain't much. So anyway, he got weirdly upset about it not being printed on the menu and said "ive traveled the world and have never seen this"

So we kept on making up these Indiana Jones/Post Equis Most Interesting Man kinda jetset adventures for this guy where he'd always find a menu thst includes 16 inch pizzas. Whether exploring the Himalyas and finding a pizza place on the mountains while at death's door or ordering a large dine in pizza from a bullet riddled menu during a battle in the Liberian Civil war...we kept going all night. Dude lived a LIFE

I do sometimes wonder a out the people of yesteryear who were just too fucking weird to record. Someone could have been playing Slayer riffs in the 40s and we'd never know

Going through all the pan n scan vhs tapes that I have has been a neat time, especially for movies im familiar with. For the Star Wars OT it gave me the exactly how I remember it from childhood vibes and that felt cool. Phantom Menace, which im watching right now kinda works better. It looks like it was made by the same crew as Xena this way and that makes the whole thing go down better. I think thus might become a thing I collect. Are people uploading torrents of pan n scan edits of movies? Cause if they arent i will. Those shitty compromised edits should be preserved

When people make reservations online for my work there's a notes section for allergies. If they need high chairs etc. Some of them are just entirely irrelevant. Like yesterday there was "it's my daughter (Brooklyn)'s 12th birthday." Maybe not bad to let us know it's a birthday, we dont do anything special specifically but for a kid's we migh throw them down a little dessert or whatever and in the kitchen we'll throw a bit extra of everything into your food. We trally dont give a shit about her name tho.Today we had one that was just "Such a nice Friday today!" which it was very nice and extremely Friday today, they were on point, it's not really necessary to tell us when placing a reservation, I dont mind, I kinda like the notes, gives me an idea of what kind of table we're gonna get. "Such a nice Friday today!" gives mixed vibes cause that is either just a really nice person who's having a good day or a Karen and her brood cause they like to let you know how good of a day they are having so you can be what ruins if they're looking to have it ruined. In any case it can just be an interesting little insight into random people as to what if anything they write in the notes.

It's really old but I haven't seen it. Good stuff

I wanted to see if they were watching us and when nothing came up for the forum as whole i figured I'd just send them user information directly so i could see if they're watching.

That way if they're afraid of making an account themselves they can just use mine. So sometimes it'll be me and sometimes it'll be the fbi posting. I'll try to remember to add a *Not the FBI tag to the end of my posts but I'm dumb as fuck and forget things.

Photo for reference but not part of the story. She hopped up to the window which led to a big chunk of ice that had been melting all day falling off and she looked st me like she was the biggest bad ass ever.

It's new years now here, so this is my annual Misery song to start things out!

Oh. cringe

The Letter Unfolds were big locally and as a guy wiith 20 years or so more screamo taste, they have their own cool thing. A sorta jazzy dancy vibe that was more prominent live in the years before this was recorded but can be heard in older songs. Shes a Fashionista is such a banger.
