Haven't been posting on here for a while because I've been busy getting involved in my local community stuff instead. Joining community orgs, writing/speaking to city council, meeting cool peeps, etc. Highly recommend it for anyone who feels like they have to engage in politics; the local level is where you can actually get heard and make a tangible difference.
