Here's Natasha Lyonne impersonating Rapaport on SNL.
Lyonne is so awesome. Fuck, I hope she's not a zionist.

How is that being "fair" or the original framing "disingenuous"? She's the Walmart heiress! So what if it wasn't the actual direct corporate funds that the money was shelled out from, it was still a top member of the Walton Family who owns the corporation. No one is saying "Ew look, Walmart funded this" we're saying "Ew look, some of the filthiest and most notorious of the bourgeoisie funded this."
Walmart heiress Christy Walton promoted a planned nationwide protest against President Trump by placing a full-page advertisement that ran in the New York Times on Sunday. The ad, which the billionaire heiress paid for, calls on people to participate in the "No Kings" protest.
Pretending that because the Walmart board of trustees weren't directly the ones funding it, this criticism is some kind of misdirection, that is what's disingenuous.
Been working pretty well for me over all and fine for the last few hours. But earlier there were some half-hour chunks of unresponsiveness when things were very slow to load. You'd click the arrow to upvote and 20 seconds of bear head spinning later it finally turns yellow and the counter goes up. Same thing with the loading of replies below the top-level comments. It always ended up working before too long though, and it wasn't consistently slow like that. Now it's working normally. I would bet that waiting for the normal thread change time should be fine. But of course, that does depend on how the next 24 hours shape up too.
I was wondering the same thing and I know very little about how this works, but since no one else responded yet, I'll just say I think that's a failed defensive shot at the incoming missile. What we're seeing as a "bounce back" is actually a rocket meant to intercept the missile that already hit, so the defensive rocket is obviously too late to serve its purpose. If anyone else is reading this and knows better, please correct me.
For those here who may not know:
If you haven't played a soulslike or a game focused on parrying before it may be worth trying something simpler first
Are there any in particular that you (or anyone else reading this) would recommend? Specifically for parrying, that is. I've played a couple soulslike games and I did love them. Bloodborne and Mortal Shell were both fantastic, but in both cases I learned how to dodge really well rather than parry.
at least we're not still covering everything in leaded gasoline residue
No, instead we're covering everything in PFAS residue and filling every nook and cranny in the environment and our bodies with microplastics. And still refusing to clean up the lead where it continues to be found in the drinking water of poor and especially black communities.
What?? I recently listened to their whole episode on nitrous and he wasn't just being critical of them, he was going off about how even as a former hard drug user he can't understand the appeal. I suspect you caught him doing the multiple levels of irony thing, like how he says he's become a catholic when they talk about Opus Dei, or a liberal when they went to the DNC.
That is seriously hilarious that the random characters generated for that video url contained a slur. It has to happen that some really terrible and/or funny things do show up in those random characters on super rare occasion (I think v-sauce talked about this in some episode) but that is some crazy weird luck that it happened to this video about a fake a slur award, subsequently caught by the automod here and that we would find out about it because that filter broke the url when you were trying to show off Hasan's pass for a fake slur.
Oh fuck it's worse than I would have imagined. I really liked her too, but not anymore. She's just as repugnant as Rapaport, who she is apparently now friends with again and takes the blame for being a bad tenant when he was her landlord.
