Most people get much more protein than is recommended by government health bodies. People seem to think more is better when it comes to protein.

Insect protein is quite a jump. There are millions of people around the world getting their protein from plant sources already. It's totally viable right now. People just have to choose it. And yes, the government should incentivise that.

It's tricky how we value things. That is the key determinate of wealth. In any given year, maybe 1 in 30 dwellings get sold. Yet we assume all other dwellings are priced the same as those.

I've started going to the gym regularly. Trying to add some muscle 💪. Eating some protein. Is that it? Do I just keep doing this until I look jacked?

 

I have a nas with 2x10tb drives. I mostly just have music, movies and tv shows on it.

People talk about raid not being a backup, but is that relevant for non-original data? I mean I can always get the media again if need be. It would just be an inconvenience.

What would you do?
