It's been a long time since I've had a good week, but this one was alright. Not amazing or anything, but just... good?

I had only one major episode, it was entirely private, I went into my car to scream for a bit then went in and felt better. The entire rest of the week went... pretty smoothly? I didn't sit inside all day. I got out and did things. When things didn't go exactly how I wanted to, I didn't immediately seethe or mope. Get this: I worked with people, found solutions, and got shit done. I had fun without overdoing it. I was still pretty impulsive with my food spending, and still struggled with cleaning up and cooking for myself. The two are very much correlated, it's a vicious cycle and the target of my next goal for self-improvement.

I started a "mood journal." It's helping. I should have done this years ago. I should have been given Lithium years ago.

3D prints still suffer from bad layer adhesion due to their 2.5D slicing and printing approach. I investigated if a novel slicing method that interleaves the layer could improve the strength of 3D prints.

I've recently re-discovered firefox, and have fallen in love with Reader View, but I'm noticing a few problems. Most pages with articles will work just fine, but some refuse to allow reader view, and when you force those pages into reader view it doesn't display the appropriate content.

In today's issue, the website is just happy to allow me to view it in a readable format, but only if I want to read privacy and cookie garbage. How can I select the portion of the page I want to actually read, and tell firefox to ignore whatever bullshit I'm "supposed" to see or whatever?

I'm looking for a full-featured, lightweight Pomodoro timer. Not having much luck in the app store for various reasons. Some only have 25/5 cycles (My ideal is 50/10 and I need to work up to that), another wouldn't work with my headphones, another wouldn't alarm until the screen was turned on(???). At this point it's just easier to use my default phone's timer, but that's less than ideal since I have to manually set and adjust the timer and the whole point is to get into an uninterrupted flow for 2-4 hours at a stretch.

I'm predicting a FOSS alternative to that paid/freeby garbage will have the features i need with no bullshit on top. Help?
