Hab letzents 4 gebrauchte Jabra Evolve 40 fuer 40 EUR ueber Kleinanzeigen gekauft. (Gibts auch Lenovo branded in komplett schwarz.) Die Ohrpolster sind guenstig austauschbar. Die Kabel zum Headset sind NICHT katzensicher! Also immer nach Gebrauch in den Beutel. Audio quali ist super, aber die Dinger sind quasi nicht reparierbar, wenn denn dann mal ne Katze das Kabel killt.

You are trying to recreate that bit of nature that is useful to you on ~4 sqm of balcony, using a highly technologized approach. It doesn't work like that. Please bear in mid that I read all your posts with interest and sometimes fascination. But you cannot only take that part of nature that suits you, and will it to work. I've got a small garden and planted some trees and a row of hornbeams as hedge. Did not tend to them over some years due to issues. And a nice little nature reserve developed with a ton of small birds that seek refuge in the growth developed, taking care of my insect "problem", plus the plants lowering the summer heat significantly. So probably you've got to rethink your approach.

TY. Someone needs to do the math on this, because I assume it would net more to rent all if you own >100 properties, and would not make a difference if less, depending on the city size ofc, especially when you leave the majority empty.

Thank you. Understood. Was not thinking in a scale that would impact market value, and still think this would not generally apply here (Germany), where - in my bubble - only small scale landlords exist.
