This is great man theory. A real socialist will set up struggle sessions in Central Park.

Western leftists are basically touch-starved but instead of it being touch it is any whiff of domestic socialist politics. They're desperate for anything vaguely in their lane and get parasocial real fast.

Sounds like you're going to a doc, which is the most important step. In the meantime, stay hydrated. This helps both UTIs and most kidney things.

The pain you're mentioning may be pelvic floor dysfunction, which often accompanies urinary issues of various kinds. You can (gently) palpitate the pelvic floor muscles to see if they are tight and/or tender. At-home PT exercises, (very) gentle massage, and practicing breathing into your stomach to relax these muscles can all help.

They're basically Bored Apes but with physical objects to obsess over. It's an unlicensed securities market where supply is controlled by each company. Most buyers are just looking to buy "rare" items at low prices and sell later when the scarcity they help created drives up prices. If this was an important commodity it would be called commodities speculation, hoarding, etc.

It's not commodity fetishization (that is a specific Marxist concept about social relations to production), it is consumerism under capitalism, nost acutely seen in the imperial core where the acquisition of commodities has become a substitute for self-identity, hobbies, and friendly socialization. Your example is also about being inconsiderate or unthinking, which is also a socialized behavior.

It is fairly dense, but you may appreciate reading The Society of the Spectacle. If you aren't already up on your Marx you may need to read it twice with some reviews of Capital in between, particularly its jargon. But it is all about thr extension of commoditization to society, media, thought, and basic social fabric, and that is fundamentally what you're describing.

Re: people being inconsiderate well, I think that ultimately comes down to how we are raised and taught, and currently that is dictated by capitalism to be (often dysfunctional) nuclear families, fairly abusive school systems, and petty tyrannies at work, and all of those things contribute. That's challenging to untangle quickly, but even just overhauling those things with basic socialist approaches would surely help. For parents and their children, economic stability and free time, free and community-enriching "third places", housing stability and good schools (less need to move around unless you want to). For students, education with well-paid teachers and minimized influence from small business tyrants or desperate people in crisis. For workers, more democratic workplaces and a clearer sense that there is a tangible social benefit to what is produced.

I stole the emotes.

Gave them back, though.

Most self-aware liberal that thinks they are left.

None of the topics of transphobua, impeeialism, etc were mentioned in the comment chain above this btw. They just decided to be dishonest and drop a pile of substantial issues and say, "so this is what you think is stupid shit!?" when they hadn't said anything like that. And, thus, they created a thread of arguing about stupid shit, i.e. attacking people with things nobody said and seeking conflict over things like vanguardism for no reason.

There were multiple waves so it gets a bit more complex. Also the Americas were inhabited earlier than this says.

I think it's important to get as much information as possible about her health issue so that you can find appropriate flavors. Some aspects of strong flavor are acid - like lemon juice or vinegar or tamarind. Some are sweet like sugar - or if you get miraculin, you could make lemon juice taste sweet. Some are specific organics like terpenes memtioned here (e.g. limonene tastes citrussy, is a common additive for processed foods to taste lemony). Wintergreen, mint, etc. Root beer flavors without sugar. Others are herby. Salt can make bland flavors strong. Glutamate can make thin flavors into savory and satisfying ones. Capsaicin makes things spicy. Some spices are numbing.

But depending on her condition many of those could make her sick. I'm guessing sugar is to be avoided and therefore probably most sugar alternatives that are similarly sweet to sugar (and so trigger downstream metabolic responses). But something like aspartame is much sweeter per gram than sugar so you can sweeten things with a smaller chance of impact. But also if she has phenylketonuria you'd want to be careful with aspartame. Etc etc.

It'll be 7 small business tyrants trying to garner sympathy for their import costs tripling on items that have no domestic alternative while trying to be friendly to Trump. "Please, God-Emperor! Surely you didn't mean to do this! We will keep telling you what is happening so you can fix it!"
