I’ve heard it’s fantastic, but the combat is rough. But, as is Obsidian’s MO, the writing is stellar.

Most of their games at this point are pretty different than Bethesda rpgs. Pentiment, Grounded, Pillars of Eternity, Tyranny, Pathfinders, Stick of Truth etc. They’ve actually gone on to make some pretty unique titles, while Bethesda has milked the rpg cow for pretty much their entire existence.

His apartment isn’t too archaic lol, my first apartment like 3 years ago was actually pretty similar. The only difference was that I didn’t have a CRT tv lol.

Thank god. Further consolidation is bad, regardless of which evil company is doing it.

Recycling is just a way for the corporations responsible for this to shift responsibility to us, and avoid accountability.

You can sub to whatever communities you want though, regardless of instance. So it doesn’t actually matter which one you join.

I know lol it just seems really daunting. And idk if the userbase is even large enough to support what I'd personally want. It'd probably be just me.

But regardless, I'd love a community like the NatureIsLit subreddit, or even AIDKE (animals I didn't know existed).

I know you said you’re looking for something harder and more mature, but I cant help but recommend Pokémon Bushido, and Pokémon Xenoverse. Both excellent games imo.

I’m loving Beehaw! And it’s super cool that we can all interact across servers and communities.

I think this has a lot of potential, I mean I’m already using it a ton. The only thing missing imo is more niche communities, but those will come along as the user base grows.

I figured that was why I couldn't downvote on other instances, thanks for clearing that up! Honestly, I'm fine with that. I think not having the option actually makes me less aggressive lol.

And that's good to know that others can't just come here and downvote everyone. Again, thanks for clearing this up for me, I appreciate it!

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I was wondering how downvoting works across instances.

So, when I go to a community from another instance, I still don't have access to the downvote button. Is that a bug? It's not a big deal either way, but I was also wondering if someone from another instance comes here, can they downvote us?
