Every single person who received that email should quit at the same time, in an organized manner. If Amazon wants to replace all their jobs with LLMs, let them try. Get a job at a company that cares about its workforce (admittedly a sad rarity these days). Sit back and grab the popcorn.

Found my old grade school calculator while going through some drawers. It's not programmable or retro (yet) or valuable, but it served me well for many, many years.
