Demon Core's got what mice crave! It's got ~~electrolytes~~ subatomic radiation!

Radiation made the giant mouse, and it's the only thing that can get rid of it!

I think one of the problems comes from society's incredibly narrow definition of "good", and extremely broad definition of "bad" or "evil". You can only be a "good" person if you have no flaws, have done no wrong, and devote yourself entirely to virtuous acts. Anything less than that will earn you a "bad person" label from someone. Nobody is perfect, so you can always find something that is less than agreeable in a person.

What country are you in with such high tech PO boxes? Ours are just metal boxes. They're usually in a post office, but sometimes they're just on the side of the road. I've never needed to interact with a touchscreen to get mail.

Makes sense still. There are several colors of Power Rangers, and they are always referred to as the [Color] Power Ranger.

Does this sound off to you?

Hey honey, the clown cancelled for little Bobby's 4th birthday, do you want me to call the Blue Power Ranger to replace them?

Epyon was the first Gundam I ever built waaaaaay back in the late 90s/early 00s. Easily my favorite.

This is the Skull Knight from Berserk. He would rescue the spider from the drainpipe, bring it to a safe location to rest and heal, and then assure it that the drainpipe can be climbed with enough effort should the spider wish to.

This has got to be one of the first times that people outside of Alberta are hearing about High Level.

The Royal Foundry is a Canadian alternative pop quartet band whose core is the Edmonton couple Jared Salte and Bethany Schumacher. They initially formed as a folk duo but, in 2015, began a significant revitalization and revision of their sound, incorporating elements of 1990's Brit-Pop with power-pop stylings of groups like Arcade Fire, and 1970's Progressive Rock elements inspired by groups like Yes and Supertramp Their music has been described as alt rock, indie rock, alternative pop, and Synth Pop.

Perhaps this is a protest post, lol. If anyone knows how to appeal a removed post let me know.

I've been playing a bunch of Rusted Moss lately. It's a Twin Stick Shooter Metroidvania, which is appreciably different from the Hack and Slash type I normally play. Getting used to mouse-and-keyboarding a platform heavy game took a bit. And boy are there platforms.

While elements of Metroidvanias are there, this game leans way further into the platforming. I would say it's closer to Celeste than Hollow Knight. Imagine Celeste, but instead of a magic dash and climbing gear Madeline had a gun and a chatty grappling hook.

Anyways, I've been enjoying the heck outta this game and wanted to share. While you're here I will accept any and all Metroidvania recommendations. Except for Cookie Cutter probably.

So many books have characters remark "it was well past moonrise", or something else equally ridiculous, to show the passage of time at night. ~~The moon cycle is a month long (~27 days), not some paltry 24 hours.~~ If you know any authors please spread the word. Together we can stamp out this astronomical disillusionment!

[EDIT]

A smarter than me commenter below pointed out that, due to the way days work, it does indeed rise and set once a day. Hard to do a complete rotation and keep a celestial body in the sky. Womp womp, I am silly.

I should have instead argued that moon rise and set are not linked to sun rise and set, and that the moon doesn't exclusively rise and set at night. It is possible to have the moon out during the day time. They are on different schedules is all.

Sgt. Fern Spellman couldn't stay for any more questions as there was a report of a caricature artist welding a pencil two streets over.

Seriously, I don't think that thing was sharp at all.
