How are any of these book bans withstanding first amendment protections in the courts? Or are we just not there yet in the legal process?

I had an interview that stated only 1 week of pto and 1 week of sick time per year . Also expected 50-55hrs a week for $25/hr in c/antiwork@lemmit.online

The gospels say that during the Crucifixion there was a major earthquake, a solar eclipse and hundreds of resurrected people walking around Jerusalem.

And none of that made it into any contemporary sources, except the bible.
