Aight now hear me out, desert pizza's aren't so bad, and this looks pretty good. Dunno bout clementine wedges, that seems like an odd choice.
This looks like an actual dessert pie, pretty sure that's some kind of frosting or cream spread underneath.

I spent 13 years of my life in Italy - Pizza with Pineapple on it is overhated. It's not amazing, but it's better than some of the slop out there.
