More interested in finding stuff than competitive cycling but:

Eddy Merckx, 1975 Tour de France is my best guess.

How? I goggled the two sponsors on his shirt and “race” and then found the exact photo in a couple spots. Airport wifi sucks or I’d dig harder for a better source
