Now this is mildly interesting. This little tidbit will never leave my brain.
Wouldnβt be surprised if this was intentional. Same way as typewriter can be written with only the first row of letters.

Even though the QWERTY layout was designed so keys donβt get jammed when typing in a typewriter, it was also designed with no ergonomics in mind, and some decisions are questionable.
For example, the word typewriter is typed using letters from the top row only because of a design decision.
So, AS A JOKE, Iβm saying that they also intentionally designed the layout so when typing βbananaβ, a banana would be drawn.
