Woah that's pretty cool if it's functional. I cannot imagine how it turns. Maybe one side track locks while the other is allowed to turn? Or maybe it's just for looks. Still pretty neat!

I assumed it would turn like a tank (if it's functional as you say).
But a tank turns by moving the two tracks independently. I've never seen a car where the two sides can move at different speeds or even direction.
We don't see the inside of the vehicle, let the imagination flow. :D
