It's one of the greatest crimes of our current times. It's also a great example of how western propaganda works: amp up media coverage of the specific things you want people to think about (Hamas killing Jews), and then just let the coverage of things that are inconvenient to you be very subdued or non-existent (IDF killing Arabs). Ten years of incessant atrocities committed against the people of Yemen with the direct material support of the American government? Doesn't even exist in people's mind - "oh, is something happening there? Where is Yemen exactly?"

You're exactly right. Yemen has been getting genocided by the Saudis and US for years now and it receives very little attention, and basically none that describes it as a genocide despite the obvious.
I've personally tried to get liberals to care about it and act on it by opposing politicians that support it. They 100% lashed out at me instead, lol. Liberals only care about claims of genocide when "the enemy" is the perpetrator.
