It’s too fast to be treated like a bicycle, but it’s smaller and more accessible than a full-sized motorcycle.

Uhh, it can goes up to 65mph, it's a motorcycle, full-size or not. No sane person would pedal that single gear thing so the pedal is only there to get into that grey area that is uniquely america.

Pedals while weighing how much? They don't say on their website either. You're not pedaling this motorcycle up a hill or anywhere significant really. A moped pedals at least kickstart the 2 stroke engine but this shit is just to try to make some legal argument that would cause a court to throw out thanks to their marketing materials alone. It's a motorcycle.
