I bought a handful of fingerprint readers from Amazon to try and find a working one:

This is the correct one, the Color: B model (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DT4DQGW2) with the Chipsailing CS9711 fingerprint reader (lsusb listed as 2541:0236).
