I honestly think it's just feeling powerful. He just wants to be in charge and have people do what he says. It doesn't matter what it is, or who it is, he just wants to feel like he's the most important. It would be sad if it were a teen or young adult.

The Israel fascist leader was about to lose his power as his coalition is basically breaking. And not being in power means persecution for his crimes. So he started another war to stay in power. Oathbreaker#45 then tweeted the war is over because he was loosing support at home. But neither Israel nor Iran was listening to him . He then called the fascist leader of Israel to stop the war and he agreed if Oathbreaket#45 would make his trial go away.
