I think if you need to physically touch someone in order to even know if they're wearing a bra...then it doesn't matter.

This kind of laws lack logic anyway. I suppose it is a crazy mix of religion-based morals + ... I don't know what else, but the similar tier of idiocy.

Who's getting that distraction free environment? The lady who has no say in the matter getting groped before an exam?
