Generally, an artifact should be 100+ years old, but this is a flexible requirement if you find something rare and suitably linked to an era of history, not a strict rule. Anything over 100 is fair game regardless of rarity.

It's so old that an average person has to wiki the culture that made this. Value estimate starts at 20k £ (if I understand correctly). ~10£ per year. Am I the only one dumbfounded?
Honestly, you can get some pieces of antiquity very cheaply. It's why ancient coin collecting is inside the price range of many ordinary people.
