Hello, no service at all since 3 days occasionally, it comes back for 2 or 3 seconds then down again.

I will see if I can find some time to troubleshoot further, but as long as the devs don't have time to solve the issues then we're kinda stuck.. unless we find some more php devs to help out..

What kind of specific technical knowledge do you need?

Well the app is mainly written in PHP so some knowledge of that would be nice. Other issues we see are on database level, and I can troubleshoot that but some assistance would be helpful. And then translating the tuned database queries in the format they use in their php code.
