Oil is still being sold to China/India. BRICS is growing and they will not be using the american dollar unless they have to.
Remember, Putin cares more for himself and his henchmen.
The people will always suffer way more before the wealthy class does, even if they feel any difference. Similar to the US, the working class is feeling the war, the wealth make profit from making the weapons and rebuilding the torn down places.
