if two babies were born at the same time the same hour the same day the same week the same year the same decade the same millenium how can they not be twins.

They're born to different mothers and aren't related.

You've clearly never seen a set of twins straight Alien themselves out of their mother's abdomen at the same time. The miracle of birth is truly beautiful. And gooey.
