ESPN's College Gameday
Really glad they moved the set back to the South Mall after having it next to the LBJ Presidential Library the last several years. The Tower makes a much better backdrop than DKR. Although I don't love that they used Smokey the Cannon to blow a hole through Beck's jersey. I was at Gameday in 2019 when they did that to Joe Burrow's jersey and remember how that turned out...
Technically, do Army and Navy have unlimited NIL money provided by us taxpayers? π€

Tangentially, I had their quick-service BBQ restaurant's brisket today. The fatty is much better than the lean, but overall not bad at all, and the brisket baked beans are an excellent side.

Time for my biased Miami review. Their offense is top notch, and can keep them in any game. Their defense and special teams are absolute garbage.
Without Cam Ward, this team would probably be 3-4, unfortunately.
Watching I was just blown away by Ward, he's got my non existent Heisman vote right now. Watching him reminded me of Young in the 22 TSIO game where he was the only reason that game wasn't a blowout for us

Watching Army for the first time this year and they are unlike any Army team I've ever seen. They can make awesome downfield passes, but still haven't lost their ability to churn out yards and slowly march down the field either. I love it
At this point in the season the only thing that I want is for Navy-Army to be an undefeated match-up.

The stat that Indiana leads the series all time 10-9-3 threw me for a loop, but looking it up it's because Indiana won 7 consecutive meetings in the 1940s...
Our (Nebraska's) second half performance does not give me any hope for the rest of this game.

I'm just here to make my weekly "Neal Brown is a fucking clown" comment. Like seriously, 45-10, except we got a pity TD to make it 18 and they scored with 25 left and they didn't give it to them. It's so tragic I spent $1k on season tickets to watch this bullshit. 1 1/4 enjoyable games at home. Watched us die against Penn State (with a 2 hour weather delay). We beat Albany. We beat Kansas (and looked like shit for 3 quarters and also had another 2 hour weather delay). Got the shit kicked out of us at a night game by ISU. Got the shit kicked out of us even worse tonight by KSU. Only have Baylor and UCF left; Baylor just beat up on Zona, and UCF plays ISU way closer than we did.
This team is painful.
