Ugh, I was stuck there for a couple of days. Vincent, Pharmacist Lord was such a pain in the ass to deal with and all you get for beating him is the Cursed Mile Long Receipt which didn't fit into the build I was going for

I beat him first try before the nerf update. Sounds like skill issues.
