What's the issue? They're illustrating the cultural divide rather than discussing policy. The cultural divide is least as relevant to understanding American society as policy differences between the parties.

Um....this satire may be smarter than me; this looks like literally how both sides see themselves. There's nothing on either side Democrats and Republicans would disagree with about themselves.
I wouldn't call it a satire, it's Japanese media trying to explain the divide to a Japanese audience. I just thought it was interesting, and kind of funny.
